Home visits are limited and reserved for newborns under 6 weeks and parents who are unable to drive within our service area. There is a $100 fee for Home visits that is not billable to insurance. First, click the button below to check if you are in our service area. If you are, you will see an option to share your contact information with us and our team will contact you with our next availability.

FAQs
How much does an appointment cost?
Depends! We can bill many insurance plans so a lot of families have $0 out-of-pocket costs. After requesting an appointment, an intake form will be emailed to you to collect insurance information and our team will verify if we are in-network. Insurance plans accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare/UMR.
If we are unable to bill insurance for your appointment, an invoice will be emailed to you to pre-pay with a credit or debit card, including HSA and FSA cards.

Can't find an appointment time or hoping to be seen sooner?
We'd be happy to add you to our cancellation list! After requesting an appointment, text "cancellation" to 248-688-0334. You will be added to our cancellation list after your appointment is confirmed.
Can a virtual visit actually be helpful?
Our Lactation Consultants do a lot of virtual visits with families from all over. It does require a little more work on your end, but don't worry - we will guide you through everything!
It's helpful to have another person with you to hold a phone or small device (aka, be your camera person), but not required.
